Misty, Watercolored Memories
I put over six hours into the family picture scanning project today. This is one of the treasures I found. Its a picture of me about age three with my Dad's mother who died when I was seven. We are in the camper Grandma and Grandpa parked in our back yard when they traveled from Burley, Idaho to Longview Washington to visit. Tho not long after this, they moved to Longview.
I also packed two more bags of things I'm sure I won't be using again before I leave next weekend.
And I crocheted two and a half more bookmarks. Which gives me ten more ready for their ribbons and beads.
1 tell me a story:
One of my favorite photos (also black and white) is of my mother's mother standing outside her house. I wish I had one like this, with me in the photo with her. She was slightly under five feet tall, so at almost 5-foot-9-inches, I would tower over her today.
