Sorry to hear about the lack of progress on your novel. :( But you have a creative Thursday Thirteen list!

Have a good day and I hope you are able to make some progress on your novel soon.

Uisce 11/09/2006 1:45 AM

you should forgive yourself... and be fair to yourself.

look at me, I didn't even give it a shot this year!

DigiscrapMom 11/09/2006 2:33 AM

Don't be too hard on yourself. You'll get by it soon.

Happy Thursday!

Talk about the F-word! Wow. Was this a writing exercise. At the library books sale yesterday I bought the 2006 Writer's Market--seems to be twice the size as the 1996.

My TT is up.

The first day I had no problem writing, I was so happy! 9 days later however, and I'm still no further than the pages I made on day one. It sucks.
nevertheless, I wish you a happy T13! :)

The good news is, you're still trying. I thought about it last year, and chickened out this year. Not good. I can just close my eyes and see a picture, but I can't understand how folks can come up with stuff to write about. That is really cool. I can understand the frustration, but just hang in there! ;)

I've posted my Thursday Thirteen, too. Enjoy!

I agree about not stressing too much. I have 138 words and still developing my characters. I haven't written anything else yet.

You'll get it. Try one of the 13 Things I Do to Relax and see if it helps you!

Thanks for sharing how you are feelinmg

Ok, just block off a period of time, sit in front of your pc and DO IT! Don't worry about story lines or characters or where you will end up, just START and go from there!!

Oh, sorry to hear you're not doing well. The Imperfect Christian's right. Just start somewhere.

This is about discipline and word count. NaNoEdMo's for fixing all the rest.

All the best and good luck!!

I just red two other blogs with the same complaint ! Apparently this game had been a fiasco. I didn't participate.

Gattina 11/12/2006 11:45 PM

Sorry, I misunderstood, I thought you were complaining about no readers !
