Reading Challenges Portal

ai noes it dunz luk like it but i haz a sistum...ais wurkin on it.

This is a June 2010 Bloggiesta Project and will be under construction for awhile.

A Portal is where I keep track of related posts. This is the fifth portal I've created for Joystory. You can find the others by clicking the label at bottom of this post. Fair warning though, they all need some level of updating and clean up. Sigh. I could use three more Bloggiestas this month!!!

Here is where I will keep track of the Reading Challenges I join and (hopefully) of my current progress with each one. Most and probably all will have their individual posts as well but this will make it easier for me and everyone else to see at a glance which ones I'm involved in and my status and find the links to the challenge host and my commitment post and any related book reviews I post.

The images are linked to the challenge host and the challenge titles are linked to my commitment post. I hope to list the items I finish and then link them to my reviews.

The Challenges I've signed up for:

1% Well Read Challenge

Read 13 titles from the combined list (of 1294 titles) from April 1, 2010 through April 30, 2011.

The Challenges I'm considering:
I've already collected all the pieces (images, links, rules) necessary for my sign-up posts so they will be like putting together a child's puzzle. So that was a huge Bloggiesta accomplishment this weekend.

Yeah there are a lot of them and the year is half gone. But a few don't end December 31 and I've carefully selected so there will be lots of crossover where one item will get me credit in two or more challenges. Plus I based some of my choices on what I've already read since the challenge began that qualifies even though I only just learned of the challenge.

Take Another Chance Challenge

Well, I've already put over 30 hours into Bloggiesta projects since 8AM yesterday. I'm starting to fade a bit. I think maybe I'll take a break. Watch a DVD. Or read. If i can keep my eyes open.
